WinRAR 2.06

This is the last version of WinRAR that still runs under Win32s. Please note that the screenshot is taken from version 2.00. but the differences are minimal.

It has some limited support for other formats besides RAR. It can open ZIP, LHA/LZH, and ARJ files and display their content. If the respective utilities (PKZIP, LHA, ARJ) are in the path, it can extract files from them. If PKZIP is in the path, it can write to ZIP files as well. It has an internal viewer for text files that can be set to DOS or Windows fonts.

You can download an older RAR 1.54 beta, a 16-bit program, as well. It is simpler, far smaller, but already has the features described in the previous paragraph.
