Columns for Windows

Columns is not, as often believed, an invention of Sega. It was created by Jay Geertsen (not Geertson, as he is erroneously credited in this Windows port), an HP employee, on the X Window system. Nathan Meyers, another HP employee, ported it to DOS with some unspecified enhancements, Chris Christensen to Macintosh. On the latter version, this Windows port by John Rotenstein is based. There is an earlier Windows Columns, Kolumz by Robert Donner, which was however not really distributed at the time.

Distributed under the HappiWare(TM) system:
IF YOU LIKE IT, REMEMBER TO SMILE!"
