WOWSpill
Like EmPipe,
WOWSpill takes its main gameplay inspiration from the
Pipe Dream Arcade Machine: Instead of just assembling a pipe of a
given length, you have to connect faucet and drain. Additional points
can be gained by leading the water through randomly placed bonus pipe
pieces, and by using as many cross sections as possible. Each additional
cross piece gives twice as many points as the previous one.
WOWSpill is more resource intensive than your average 16-color 16-bit
Windows game. Expanded, the files take up 1MB harddrive space. In 3.1, it
will run better than in 3.0, and I guess having a 486 won't hurt. Of course
this is completely irrelevant if you plan to play it on a modern computer,
where it will run just as well. But if you are looking for something to
play on a very old Windows PC, WOWSpill might not be the best choice.
