The fantastic 4!

Die fantastischen 4 is a popular German hip-hop/rap band who were the first to rap with German texts. In 1992, they had just released their first albums. One of them had the title Vier Gewinnt, the most common German name for Connect Four. Obviously, the title of this game is meant as a kind of homage.

Apart from this, The fantastic 4! is simply good old Connect Four with a decent AI. The interface is German only, but shouldn't be too difficult to figure out.

In January 2009, Thorsten Fendel released the game and its source code (Turbo Pascal 1.0) as free software under the GNU General Public License. I have changed his original release archive a bit so that it can be handled under Windows 3.x.
