Lander 1.1
George Moromisato's games usually deal with astronomy or
space travel in one way or other. Here is his take on the old
classic, Lunar Lander. His implementation of has a few
oddities:
- While in most other implementations you can tip your module
sideways for horizontal movement, here you have seperate engines.
- While the game starts in a window that takes up about half of
the screen, you have to maximize it to play, no matter what your
screen resolution is.
- The game won't run on Pentium or higher computers. The gravity
won't work, the shuttle will not move. I don't know if it's a
question of architecture or CPU speed.
