This game is rather mysterious. According to the about screen, it is version 1.0, © 1994. But it has an additional 16×16 icon, something that became common (and of any use) only with Windows 95. The internal version number is 1.0.0.1.
As a game, it is rather simple. There are no configuration options to speak of.
