CodeCracker
This game creates a gradient in the title bar, from black to whatever it is
otherwise set to. Naturally this looks best with not too light colors. On desktops
with 256 or 64k or more colors, it will have the pattern on the left half of the
window that you see in the screenshot. It seems that the game does not recognize
32k desktops as such, but interprets them as 16-color.
From the defunct website:
CodeCracker is my first game for Windows based on the MasterMind board
game. I developed this game to learn a particular programming languge at the time
and it has progressed into what I have today. I had come accross a neat little tool
that allowed me to easily create a 'unique' window for the gamethe result came
out much better than I expected.
