Caro v1.22

From the Readme:

Caro is an old games that my friends and I used to play in high school. It was played on a large grid paper could be any size but not less than 10×10. I remember this wasn't my favorite game because I always lost for my friends. However, with the help of a wonderful test team, and lots of help from school plus help of the powerful Visual Basic 3.0 allow me to design and program Caro to be a very smart player.
