From the Readme:

The intention of this simple game is to improve your speed and precision in using the mouse. Release 2.2 now includes Right-Button Boma's, since this button is more frequently used in other applications. You can control the amount of Right-Button Boma's in the Options dialog. The game-window is now resizable, when running Boma in a high resolution video mode the window would become too large in comparison with the Boma bitmaps.
