WPS

Microsoft Windows Process Status shows the processes, similar to the Windows Task Manager in later versions of Windows, and the loaded drivers. It still runs under XP, but shows only the 16-bit processes.

WPS is one of the few utilities published under the Bogus Software label, which Microsoft employees liked to use for games and other recreational software. The about screen credits ToddLA, CKindel, and EdH. ToddLa is Todd Laney, CKindel is most likely Charlie Kindel, who joined Microsoft in 1991, became one of the most public faces of Microsoft's Windows Phone group and started his own company in January 2012. I could not find out who EdH is.
