A Tribute to Tetris
A Tribute to Tetris was one of the entries to the X2 Support Group 1995 Programming Contest, winning the Tetris
category (Prize was a 3D Game Creation System by Pie in the Sky
Software, and a copy of Doom II).

From the Doc:
This is a clone of the
Atari arcade
version of tetris which you could have
played in your local pinball arcade in
about 1986 or there abouts. I know
for sure that the first 12 or so levels
are historicly correct but after that I
had to improvise. The scoring system
is the same as the one used for Stygian
Tetris.
