This was the last of the classic Bitmap Brothers games and was released for PC only. It is a real-time strategy, or, as the developers called it, real-time wargame with gameplay emphasizing the capture instead of destruction of enemy buildings and vehicles. It has been compared to Nether Earth.

The Windows installer is optional, its serves mainly to create the start menu entries under Windows 95.
