Baryon

This is the demo of Baryon which, unlike the shareware version, goes back to the development team and contains their readme file with full credits. Besides, it runs in standard VGA 13h instead of the uncommon resolution 256×200, and is of all existing versions the one most likely to run on anything. Just note:

• The demo has the same setup utility as the full version, but supports only Soundblaster. If you choose MIDI for music, you will have no sound at all.
• By default, the controller for player 1 is keyboard, for player 2 mouse. To set player 1 to mouse, you first have to set player 2 to joystick or keyboard, else the setup program won't accept it.
• The built-in screen-capture function of DOSBox will not capture the explosions. The screenshot above was taken with IrfanView.
