Arachne

This is the only graphical web browser ever developed to run under DOS. It can also function as a desktop and file browser. Michael Polák abandoned the project around 2000, but released it under the GPL. What you can download here is the currently (as of 2011-03-02) last version 1.95a, which can run in resolutions up to 1600×1200. Sources are included in the archive.
